During industries production process, control temperature is the key of get results, metal injection molding is a kind of samples of keeping suitable importance. In normal manufacture method, the manufacture parts can achieve a million, but if you want to ensure better effects, it must get a few conditions.
 
The work condition of metal injection molding:
MIM process company introduced that the metal injection molding machine need a large of pressure, it can better manufacture tool, if have no enough pressure to use, molding components can’t completely fill in, but big pressure will also have bad influence. The bubbles of mould is caused by big pressure, usually, it is some of the burnt materials.
 
The residence time must to be set, the heating of inside material should not too long, and also can’t delete to fast. Properly setting this time ensures that the injection molding machine will produce the desired result. If the residence time is not enough, the parts will not achieve desired temperature, it will early get into mould cavity to harden, the material will not completely fill into the mould cavity; if residence time is too long, the material will be broken before arrive at mould.
 
MIM manufacturer introduced that the temperature is a most of factors which influence metal injection molding process, and we must to properly manage. Assemble temperature control is a way of ensure correct temperature. When get into mixer machine, the material is be heat and mix, we must carefully setting temperature curve, in order to ensure completely mix but don’t allow burn.
