As far as we know,moulds as one common and important tools in manufacturing industry and has been honored as "the mother of industry".In recent years,as the rise and development of metal injection molding technology and the needs of metal injection molding parts ,the moulds used on metal injection molding process has got more and more attention.
The structure design of metal injection molding moulds plays an important role on the forming process of metal injection parts,high quality moulds could guarantee the forming quality and comprehensive properities of the metal parts.Thus it is very important for all manufactures to consider the influence factors on the metal injection molding mould production,in order to improve the quality of the moulds.
As we known,we could improve the mould quality by controling the choice of mould material,the usability and safety performance of mould structure and the maitainability of the moulding spare parts.Because all the moulds are composited by various mould spare parts,so it is no doubt that there are many wearing parts that need be replaced frequently.So the manufactures of metal injection moulds should pay more attention on the design of the mould about the maitainability.
