Metal Injection Moulding process means that firstly mixing metal powder and binder,then inject the feedstock into the mold to get the green parts.As the binder could provide the liquidity for the powder,so it is good for shaping and mold filling.After forming,then the binder would be removed,after debinding,the sintering would be done for the parts in order to get the high density and excellent metal performance.After sintering,some parts would be further densified,or the heat treatment and machining would be done for them.
